At Anzen Safety & Training, we deliver practical, nationally recognised mental health training designed to help workplaces recognise and respond to mental health concerns with confidence and care. Based at our Nelson Bay and Tomago training centres, we support organisations and individuals across Port Stephens, Maitland, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter Valley in building safer, more supportive work environments.

The Workplace Mental Health Support course equips participants with the knowledge and skills to identify early signs of mental health challenges, respond appropriately, and offer meaningful support to colleagues or team members. Training explores real-world issues such as workplace stress, interpersonal conflict, and psychosocial hazards — including bullying, high workloads and job insecurity — to help participants understand their impact on wellbeing.

Through practical learning, you’ll develop strategies to address immediate safety concerns, respond during mental health crises, and access workplace protocols and professional support when needed. This course helps create workplaces that value resilience, wellbeing and productivity, empowering leaders and employees alike to contribute to a positive mental health culture.
