HLTAID016 - Manage First Aid Services and Resources course (formerly Occupational First Aid)
At Anzen Safety & Training, we deliver nationally recognised workplace first aid training designed for those in nominated occupational first aid or management roles. This course equips participants with the knowledge and skills to establish, maintain and facilitate first aid systems within their organisation. Through practical, hands-on training, participants will carry out first aid kit inspections, use checklists for maintenance and stock control, and ensure all first aid provisions remain compliant and ready for use. You’ll also learn how to develop and maintain first aid action plans, coordinate with key stakeholders, and participate in incident debriefing and evaluation to improve future responses and workplace safety outcomes. Participants must have the physical capacity to establish and maintain first aid facilities and equipment.
Participants must have literacy skills to complete documentation and read instructions.

Theory assessment - A written assessment consisting of multiple-choice and short answer questions.

Students are required to complete a self evaluation against the following core skills as part of the enrolment process. This will allow your trainer to understand any additional support that may be required during the course delivery and assessment.
