At Anzen Safety & Training, we provide trusted, hands-on CPR training from our Nelson Bay and Tomago training centres, proudly supporting communities across Port Stephens, Maitland, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter Valley. Our goal is simple, to help everyday people feel confident, capable and ready to act when every second counts.

The HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) course teaches vital, life-saving skills in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines. Designed for both individuals and workplaces, this nationally recognised training helps you respond effectively to cardiac emergencies and provide critical assistance until medical help arrives.

Delivered in small, practical sessions by experienced trainers with real-world emergency experience, you’ll learn to recognise and assess a cardiac emergency, call for medical assistance, and perform CPR with confidence. Training includes correct use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), safe rotation of first aiders to maintain compression quality, and what to do if a casualty regurgitates or vomits. You’ll also learn to communicate effectively with emergency services, review incidents, and recognise the psychological impacts that can occur after a response.

Be ready to step forward when it matters most.
