As your Training Concierge, Rachael manages your training from first enquiry through to delivery, and where availability allows, delivers the session herself.
Rachael joined Anzen in 2025, bringing experience from nursing and paramedicine studies, and years as an Emergency Nurse and Clinical Nurse Educator in some of Australia's busiest hospitals. Her training is practical, engaging, and built on real clinical experience, so participants leave her sessions with genuine confidence, not just a certificate.
